An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Senior General Manager to lead a flagship hospitality operation within a prestigious, high-profile City venue. This is a critical leadership role requiring a strong operator with a clear focus on sales growth, cost control, and consistently high service standards. You will have full accountability for both operational excellence and commercial performance across a multi-million-pound account. You will oversee a high-end catering and events operation, delivering outstanding experiences across corporate dining, formal banqueting, and events within a heritage setting.
With a high degree of autonomy, you will set the strategic direction of the site, drive financial performance, and lead from the front to ensure exceptional delivery at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
