We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead a stylish customer lounge offering a blend of bar service and casual dining within an international travel setting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a bar, restaurant, lounge, or casual dining background who thrives on the floor, leads from the front, and knows how to create a great atmosphere while maintaining exceptional standards.

Working alongside the Lounge Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging guest experience. You’ll be a visible hands-on leader on shift, setting the tone for service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects quality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

  • A confident leader with strong people development and coaching skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to shifts, including early starts and late finishes.
Essential Compliance Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Good conversational French is essential.
  • Must be eligible to pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • Must be able to provide a full 5-year continuous UK work history.
