Only working around 1/2 Weekends as well Medical Cover Discount on company products We are working with a lovely Events company based in Central London looking for a Senior Sous Chef to showcase Fine Dining and the very best Events on offer! The role covers all areas of Events and Production. The Senior Sous chef will work in a full time team of 4 Chefs and then additional support chefs on very busy functions. We can offer a basic salary of £43,000- £45,000. Your contracted hours will be 45 hours with additional hours paid at 1.5x overtime. The working pattern is 4 days on 3 days off with Sundays closed. You will work 3 double shifts and a single shift. Senior Sous Chefs with high end event experience will be considered for this role.
