We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join this great In House Catering operation in the City of London. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being either 7.30am-3.00pm or 8am to 3.30pm. Some evening events will be required and these are paid at 1.5x rate.

The Head Pastry Chef will lead another pastry chef and produce all that is needed for the staff restaurant, plated lunches and dinners, canapés, cakes and cookies, and everything else as required.

This is a great opportunity for a Pastry Chef to move from a contract catering company to an in-house operation which brings a very detailed and extensive benefits package.
