- Leading Front of House service in a busy, fast-moving staff restaurant
- Taking ownership of hospitality and VIP events, acting as host and key point of contact
- Being the on-the-ground lead during service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and consistently
- Coaching, motivating, and setting the standard for the Front of House team through a hands-on, positive approach
What we’re looking for:
- This role will suit someone who is confident on the floor, comfortable with responsibility, and enjoys leading from the front.
- Strong Business & Industry catering experience is essential
- Proven experience managing Front of House teams in a multi-service environment
- A genuine interest in hospitality & events, with experience delivering them to a professional level
- Approachable, energetic, and operationally focused
- A driving licence is preferred due to the site location
