Off to Work are assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Operations Director for a London contract caterer operating in the B&I sector specifically with Finance and Law clientele.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well-regarded business that has an excellent reputation for bringing innovative catering solutions to a wide range of prestigious brands. As a company they are passionately food led and believe in offering the highest levels of customer service to their clients.

Our client provides bespoke catering solutions to brands operating in the upper echelons of their fields, the business is worth circa £25m turnover and features a mix of retail, events, hospitality, conferencing and fine dining options.

The Operations Director will be hands-on as well as setting the strategic direction of the business with the board. Experience of managing similar volume turnover and leadership of a team of senior managers is vital.

As expected, the Operations Director will be immaculately presented and at ease in this demanding and competitive environment. Critically our client is looking for an individual with natural presence and charisma to build great relationships across the current portfolio.

It is vital you come from a similar background in multi-site catering management within the contract catering industry.
