We're now looking for a proactive and people‑focused Operations Assistant to join our busy London team. Working at the heart of our operations and staffing function, your key responsibility is to ensure every booking is fully staffed with the right team member — someone with the skills and attitude to deliver exceptional service.

You'll play a central role in supporting, nurturing, and mentoring our casual workforce, helping them excel across a wide range of roles: from waiters and baristas to bartenders, kitchen porters, chefs, supervisors, and managers. Through clear, confident communication, you'll promote a variety of shifts across multiple locations, ensuring all bookings are filled efficiently and professionally.
