Our clients are looking for an experienced Senior Hospitality & Client Host to deliver exceptional hospitality and client service within the London head office of a leading international professional services firm.
This is a highly client-facing senior role, supporting senior clients, partners, executives and VIP visitors across meeting rooms, hospitality areas and events.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Hospitality Supervisor, Senior Client Host or Assistant Hospitality Manager from a hight-end corporate hospitality operation, 5-star hotel, private members' club .
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished and highly professional client experience.
- Anticipate client needs and consistently go above and beyond expectations.
- Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality areas are presented to an exceptional standard.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Take ownership of requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Support the delivery of meetings, hospitality and corporate events.
- Supervise and support the hospitality team, maintaining consistently high standards.
