Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-profile events, ensuring exceptional standards of service, flawless execution, and efficient management of people, logistics and resources
. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced event operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational planning and delivery of multiple events across London
- Manage Front & Back of House operations, ensuring highest service standards at every event.
- Produce detailed operational event plans and communicate effectively with all relevant operational teams.
- Lead the on-site teams, ensuring smooth service delivery for events ranging from intimate functions to large-scale events.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and tastings, providing operational expertise and practical solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers and clients.
