This is a permanent, full time role for a brand new corporate catering operation in the heart of Mayfair.
This role will suit someone who has experience in high end corporate catering, fine dining or 5* hotels. It's not a standard hospitality role - you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for the guests, not just delivering great service. This is a mixed role with your time being split between supporting the hospitality manager with events, meeting rooms etc, and working as a host to be the face of the building. Greeting guests and showing them to meeting rooms, and showing them around the building.

Shifts are varied due to needs of the business so you should be flexible in working hours. The building hosts around 450 people including senior board members up to CEO level.
The role
Maintain meeting rooms and client areas to high standards.
Greet clients and visitors with confidence and courtesy.
Set up and clear away catering and equipment following meetings.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues promptly.
Follow SOPs and support efficiency, sustainability and service improvements.
What we are looking for
At least a year in a premium contract catering, 5* hotel or fine dining environment, in a similar role.
Confident spoken English, because you will be serving senior guests and clients directly.
A second language is useful here due to international guests, but not essential.
Uniform standards are high, so you must be well presented and able to maintain this throughout the shift.
