We're recruiting a Hospitality Host to support the smooth, efficient operation of premium client floors and deliver exceptional service experiences for a leading contract caterer based in a luxury brand.
This role is all about creating a warm, polished, memorable environment for clients and visitors.
Working closely with the Management team and wider service teams, you'll ensure every guest receives a professional welcome and seamless support throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities for the Client Dining Host
- Maintain meeting rooms and client areas to high standards.
- Greet clients and visitors with confidence and courtesy..
- Set up and clear away catering and equipment following hygiene protocols.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues promptly.
- Follow SOPs and support efficiency, sustainability and service improvements.
