Reporting to the Ops Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑profile events across a diverse portfolio of London venues and client sites, including corporate functions, weddings, and large‑scale events. This is a pivotal position offering real influence over operational standards, team performance, and event execution. You will play a central role in driving consistency, refining processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all events. Key Responsibilities
