A great opportunity for a Commis Chef or Demi Chef to join a corporate site in London City. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm. Some evening shifts may be required and paid at overtime rates.

Working in a team of around 4 chefs in a fine dining and hospitality kitchen. All food is prepared from fresh, so experience in a professional kitchen is required.

The Commis Chef / Demi Chef will need to be hard working and wanting to develop and grow in their career. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef and need a good attitude, being keen to take orders.

You will have every opportunity to progress and step into senior roles in the future should you be hard working and show enthusiasm.

The Commis Chef / Demi Chef will be working on a mis-en-place list each day, whether that is basic veg prep, making salads and sandwiches, or preparing other menu items for the day.

We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment or who have worked in restaurants with a freshly prepared food offer who are wanting a better work/life balance with every weekend off!
