The Role

As Restaurant General Manager, you will take full ownership of the guest experience and day-to-day operations, driving excellence across service, people, and performance.

You’ll lead by example, bringing personality and presence to the floor, engaging effortlessly with guests, and building meaningful relationships that reflect genuine Italian warmth and generosity.

Working closely with the culinary leadership team, you will ensure the seamless delivery of authentic, seasonal Italian dishes — executed with precision and flair.

• Managerial experience within high-end or fine dining restaurants, ideally Italian or Mediterranean.
• A charismatic, social, and confident personality — someone who thrives in guest-facing environments and naturally connects with people.
• Strong track record of building, developing, and motivating teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Commercially astute with an eye for detail and a passion for quality.
• Experienced in engaging VIP clientele with discretion and style.
• Deep appreciation or knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a distinct advantage.
