We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a lovely client based in Coventry, This is primarily a Monday to Thursday role with occasional Saturday morning breakfast shifts required. You will work a 40 hours contract and core hours will be Mon-Thu 10am to 8.30pm
The Sous Chef will be working in a kitchen team of 6 and supporting with Lunch service and dinner service. In the evening you will be supported by a CDP who will assist for dinner service. You will serve between 200-300 meals each day.
The food offer will be 2 hot main course options and a Dessert Option as well as Deli Bar and Grab and go. The Sous Chef will also help with a hospitality offer including Buffet Lunches, Canape Events and Bowl Food events.
The ideal Sous Chef will have worked in a contract catering environment or a high end hotel kitchen or a conference centre. We are looking for Chefs that have shown good stability in previous roles and have shown progression through their career, A DBS Clearance will also be required for this role.
