What you'll be doing:

  • Setting up, servicing, and resetting meeting rooms so they look flawless every time
  • Supporting daily lunch service — from setup to hosting to tidy‑down — with confidence and calm
  • Delivering a warm, polished welcome in the client lounge
  • Helping run internal and client events that feel seamless and well‑executed
  • Keeping hospitality spaces looking immaculate and ready for anything
  • Managing stock and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • Working closely with a friendly, high‑performing hospitality and reception team

What you bring:

  • At least 1 year of hospitality or corporate service experience (professional services or law firm experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Strong people skills and a naturally polished, professional presence
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Great organisation and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
