The Role & Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the entire food & beverage operation, ensuring flawless service execution across restaurant dining, private boardrooms, and high-profile events.

This is a hands-on leadership role that demands meticulous attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring both operational success and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in the restaurant, boardroom & hospitality catering, ensuring impeccable execution.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a top-tier hospitality culture.
  • Manage financial performance, ensuring operational efficiencies without compromising on excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in high-end hospitality & catering operations, ideally with a restaurant & events background, in a commercial multi-outlet setting.

  • Strong leadership & team development skills, and expertise in high-profile client relations.
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and bags of personality.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, presentation, and service innovation.
  • Commercial acumen to drive financial performance and operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – “you’ll be the face of their business at key moments.”
