As the Front of House Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of the catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every level. The Front of House Assistant will ensure the students have a great dining experience and that they feel supported and assisted during meal and break times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure exceptional service delivery, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always met.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for the students.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the food service areas.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and think on your feet to solve problems efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all company and client policies, including health and safety, hygiene, COSHH, and other relevant regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
