Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 8 Chefs and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Cater for around 900 on a daily basis; experience in catering for large numbers is a necessity, whether in a School Environment or in a staff dining kitchen within Contract Catering.
- Compile new menus each term and present ideas to the client for sign-off; experience in writing menus for an education setting is preferred.
- Work throughout the year with core hours Monday to Friday daytime; occasional evenings and weekends may be required for functions and events.
