Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a prestigious, high-profile venue with multiple catering outlets. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape the strategy, inspire teams, deliver outstanding food and service, and drive strong commercial performance across a large-scale hospitality operation. This newly awarded contract requires a confident leader who thrives in multi-unit commercial F&B environments, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple food outlets including restaurants, cafés, and event spaces
- Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Develop and deliver strategic business plans to enhance guest experience and commercial results
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and team development
- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, service, and compliance

About You

- Strong financial and commercial capability with experience managing full budgets and KPIs
