About the Company: My client, a global Food Service provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Director/ Contract Director /Account Director, with a strong background in Contract Catering, to lead one of their highest profile group accounts spanning 60 sites across the UK.
About the Role: As Contract Director you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to a team of 6 SMEs, ensuring operational excellence, and driving commercial growth across a contract worth circa £20m. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of the Contract, including financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Manage your team of 6 SMEs in delivering to contract
- Commercial Excellence: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization, ensuring services are delivered within budget.
- Contract Management: Lead the delivery of SLAs and KPIs across the contract, maintaining compliance and strong supplier relationships.
- Multisite Operations: Oversee operations across a national portfolio, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all locations.
- Team Development: Build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, driving collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, ensuring compliance and operational integrity across all sites.
