Conference & Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Conference & Banqueting Manager or Senior Hospitality Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting a Conference & Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join a busy hospitality venue in Derby on a 2-month casual contract from 9th November 2026 to the first week of January 2027 . This is an exciting opportunity to lead food and beverage operations during one of the venue's busiest periods, including Christmas events, conferences, banqueting functions and celebrations. The Role Working closely with the General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the venue's food and beverage operation, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and smooth service delivery across multiple hospitality areas.
