This role is all about creating a warm, polished, memorable environment for clients and visitors.
Working closely with the Senior Client Host and wider service teams, you'll ensure every guest receives a professional welcome and seamless support throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities for the Client Host Maintain meeting rooms and client areas to high standards.
Greet clients and visitors with confidence and courtesy.
Coordinate room setups, refreshments and catering with service teams.
Set up and clear away catering and equipment following hygiene protocols.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues promptly.
Follow SOPs and support efficiency, sustainability and service improvements.
Share guest feedback with the Senior Client Host.
