Client Account & Sales Executive

Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of premium furniture, tableware, catering equipment, and event solutions for luxury hospitality, corporate events, and prestigious private functions.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Client Account & Sales Executive to join their successful team.

Working with some of the UK's most respected venues, caterers, and event organisers, they are renowned for exceptional service, quality products, and outstanding client experiences.

The Role

This is a sales and client relationship role where you will manage customer enquiries, develop existing accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and support clients throughout the entire booking process.

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively contact clients to generate repeat business and maximise sales opportunities.
• Promote and upsell the company's extensive range of products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven telesales and sales experience is essential.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to demonstrate previous sales success, client account & revenue growth and customer retention.
• Experience selling products and services over the phone and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of events, hospitality, catering, equipment hire would be advantageous.
