Our client is a leading provider in world-class Events and Hospitality experiences, specializing in high-end furniture, tableware, and catering equipment hire for luxury events across the UK. They collaborate with some of the most respected names in hospitality, events, and entertainment, offering a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
Due to increased business, an opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to support their clients and internal departments such as sales, logistics, and warehousing. This fast-paced, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, detail-oriented environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-event follow-up and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to new business growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and manage client quotes, follow up on proposals, and handle bookings efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to meet performance targets and maintain high client service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in reactive sales and account management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and providing excellent client experiences.
- Knowledge of the Event Industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships.
