This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager or Group General Manager who's ready to take their first step into a broader operational leadership role. You'll move from running sites day‑to‑day into overseeing performance across a wider portfolio, with real influence on standards, people, and commercial outcomes.

The role:

  • Lead and support on‑site management teams across 8 B&I sites to deliver high‑quality food and service
  • Oversee operational performance, compliance, and brand standards
  • Manage budgets worth circa £5m, forecasts, and cost control across sites
  • Build strong client relationships and support new openings

About you:

  • Strong background in contract catering B&I at GM or Ops
  • Confident managing P&L, labour, and compliance
