We're looking for a Business Development Lead with hospitality sales experience to drive new business growth across our hospitality client base. You'll be the first commercial contact for all inbound enquiries from hospitality operators, brands, and venues — qualifying opportunities, converting demand, and booking high-quality meetings for our regional and sector leads. You'll also actively build pipeline through outbound activity, targeting hospitality groups aligned to our services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how hospitality buyers think, buys with credibility, and thrives on commercial ownership.

What you'll do:

  • Own and qualify all inbound hospitality leads
  • Convert enquiries into strong sales opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings for senior commercial leads
  • Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot
  • Proactively generate new hospitality pipeline through outbound
