This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a bar, restaurant, lounge, or casual dining background who thrives on the floor, leads from the front, and knows how to create a great atmosphere while maintaining exceptional standards. Working alongside the Lounge Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging guest experience. You’ll be a visible hands-on leader on shift, setting the tone for service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects quality and professionalism. Key responsibilities: Lead and coordinate day-to-day lounge, bar, and dining operations Inspire, coach, and develop your team to perform at their best Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised customer service Drive service flow during busy, high-footfall periods Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and effectively Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and brand standards About You You’re an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys being on the floor and takes pride in both service and team leadership. Experience in bar, lounge, restaurant, hotel, casual dining fast paced environments Previous role as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager A confident leader with strong people development and coaching skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Essential Compliance Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Good conversational French is essential. Must be eligible to pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Must be able to provide a full 5-year continuous UK work history.
