Assistant Manager - Corporate Hospitality Contract Catering City of London Monday to Friday Salary up to Β£50,000 DOE + excellent benefits An opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a prestigious corporate hospitality operation within the headquarters of a globally recognised professional services organisation. The operation delivers executive dining, boardroom hospitality, private dining, meeting room service and corporate events, with consistently high standards expected across service, presentation and client experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation, ensuring every client, guest and VIP experience is delivered to the highest possible standard. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring outstanding operational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation. Lead, support & develop the hospitality team, setting clear standards and leading by example Ensure every service is delivered with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and consistency. Develop strong working relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and key contacts. You will have: A strong background in fine dining or high-end hospitality, with previous management experience, ideally in a corporate workplace hospitality & client-facing environment. Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a professional team. A clear understanding of service standards, with consistently high expectations for presentation, detail and guest experience. Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills, with the confidence to work with senior clients and stakeholders. A hands-on, professional approach and the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy, demanding environment.
