Ongoing Hospice Chef Position Starting End of March
Off to Work is seeking an experienced and compassionate Chef de Partie to support a hospice kitchen in the Edinburgh area. This is an ongoing booking, offering stability alongside the flexibility of agency work.
We’re looking for a chef who can start at the end of March, is PVG certified, and has a flexible approach to working hours. If you have strong CDP-level skills and enjoy working in a calm, caring environment, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard suitable for a healthcare/hospice setting
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety practices
- Adapting to the needs of the hospice and its residents
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Chef de Partie experience
- Valid PVG certificate essential
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate
- Flexible with working hours
- Strong kitchen organisation and attention to detail
- Food Safety Level 2 & Health & Safety Level 2 (Free accredited training available if required)
