A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in The City. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with possible evening events with no late finishes.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a solid work history that demonstrates good length of time in previous roles and ideally within high end restaurants or contract catering. Working in a team of around 4/5 chefs and producing lunches and dinners as well as catering for functions and events on a daily basis. All food is prepared from fresh so experience in a professional kitchen is required.

The Chef de Partie will help to produce plated meals as well as prepare food for buffets and bowl food events. Canape prep and sandwich lunches are all part of the job role. Chefs with fine dining experience will have a distinct advantage for this role.

We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment or who have worked in restaurants.
