A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in The City. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with possible evening events paid as overtime but you are not obliged to work evening events if you don't want.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a solid work history that demonstrates good length of time in previous roles and ideally within high end restaurants or contract catering. Experience within a banqueting kitchen would also be beneficial.

Working in a team of around 4/5 chefs and producing breakfast and lunch, all food is prepared from fresh so experience in a professional kitchen is required. You will be catering for up to 800 within a large team of chefs using brand new equipment and new kitchen space.

We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment or who have worked in restaurants with freshly prepared food offer.
