Chef de Partie - Events Great Salary

Job Role: Chef de Partie - Events Location: Central London Sector: Events / Venue Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 + Paid Overtime Benefits - £37,000 - £40,000 Starting Salary for 40 hours Contract Paid Overtime after 40 Hours Mainly Monday to Friday with around 1 Sat lunch / dinner per month Christmas and Easter Off as well as whole of August A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a a lovely Company based in Central London, This role is based between the production kitchen and also the venue in Central London. This role is mainly working Monday to Friday with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with possibly 2/3 evenings per week for dinners or events. All evening events are paid as overtime. You will have 2 weeks hols over Christmas and time off over Easter as well as the whole of August as the venue closes, holiday is permitted at other times during the year but these are the main holiday periods. The Chef de Partie will work under and Exec Chef at the production kitchen and then a Head Chef at the Venue, you must be flexible to work at either kitchen as requested. This role involves the Chef de Partie doing prep for events and then going to and cooking at the event or also working at the venue doing plated lunches and dinners or events. You could do plated lunches for 10-15 up to buffet or canapé events up to 300. We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has worked in high end Restaurants or 5* Hotels or other high end Members clubs.
