We are recruiting talented Chef de Parties to join a prestigious, high-end corporate dining operation based in Canary Wharf. This is a rare opportunity to deliver fine dining-level food within a structured Monday-to-Friday environment, offering excellent work-life balance. While this is a flexible contract, there is consistent, ongoing work available (up to 40 hours per week) for chefs who meet the required standards and can commit regularly. We are particularly seeking chefs who can offer a minimum of 3 days per week, with the opportunity to build a consistent working pattern within the same elite team.
About the Role
You will be working within exclusive client dining spaces, supporting the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences from refined private dining to high-profile events catering for up to 500 guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your section from preparation through to service
- Deliver premium, fine dining dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity
- Maintain 5-star hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times
- Perform efficiently under pressure during busy service and high-end events
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end kitchens (Michelin / 5-star hotels / premium events / fine dining restaurants)
- A genuine passion for food and continuous development
- Strong organisation and ability to work in a structured, professional environment
