We are working with a lovely Contract Catering company for this unique site based in the Peterborough and recruiting for a Chef de Partie, this will be working in the restaurant which offers breakfast and lunch at the moment. Further down the line their may be a early dinner / supper service but not initially.

This is a brand new operation for the company so you will be involved in the creation of all menus and food concepts, using local suppliers where possible and showcasing your ideas and bringing food to life on the plate!

This Chef de Partie role will be working 5/7 days and weekends will be required but not every weekend, you will work in a kitchen team of 4 to ensure all food served in a timely manner and to high standards,

The restaurant will cater for up to 85 covers inside and potentially outside space in the summer. The lunch offer will be a couple of hot mains, Salads and Sandwiches and grab and go style service. There is potential for summer events as well.

The Chef de Partie will need to be open to new ideas and concepts as this is starting from scratch and taking on a site that has massive potential which gives scope to be very creative with the food offering.
