We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Café, Bar & Events Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a small, premium café operation while overseeing the planning and delivery of a diverse programme of outdoor events and experiences. This is a role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Events experience is essential, as the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and delivering outdoor activations & functions & public-facing events throughout the year. You will be responsible for managing all front of house operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of both café service and outdoor events. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands.

Key Responsibilities- Managing all café, bar and front of house operations
- Works with stakeholders & external organisations to plan, coordinate and deliver events.
- Leading, training and developing the team
