Off to Work are recruiting an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to lead one of two high-volume Pan-Asian kitchens. You will be an approachable leader, passionate about fresh, vibrant food, supporting and developing a team of 6 chefs.
The food includes:
- Fresh, in-house Vietnamese and Pan-Asian dishes including: Pho broths, rice noodles and fresh toppings
- Handmade spring & summer rolls
- Pork & lemongrass meatballs
- Fresh salads, rich curries and wok-fried noodles
The role involves:
- Leading, training and motivating a kitchen team
- Maintaining high food safety and H&S standards
- Managing stock control, ordering and margins
- Working confidently with kitchen systems (e.g. Acquire)
About you:
- Head Chef with minimum 2 years experience in role
- Hands-on, organised and calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance
