Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to support OTR’s partnership with AWP (Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership) to deliver key services for young people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Manager and AWP Managers in the operational management of the NHS Partnerships Team across CAMHS Intensive Outreach Team (CIOT), Adult Mental Health Service (AMHS) and Off The Record (OTR).
  • Provide line management support and ensure effective partnership working.
  • Assist with the delivery of services and maintenance of operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with and supporting children and young people with mental health needs, crises and safeguarding protocols.
  • Experience of management or leadership within a team.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of local services, clinical care pathways and an excellent understanding of anti‑oppressive practice and equality issues.
