OTR is looking for an experienced Therapies Supervisor to join our creative and exciting Therapeutic Services team to provide supervision to qualified and student Therapists within OTR working with young people aged 11-25. This role will support OTR’s qualified and volunteer Therapists with safeguarding and risk management, provide training and reflective practice sessions to staff and volunteers whilst offering therapy to a small caseload of young people.
The post holder will assist with the assessments and allocation of young people accessing our 1:1 services to assess suitability for allocation to OTR trainee Therapists, safeguarding and supporting them to ensure that young people receive the right support. The Therapies Team Supervisor must be able to work as part of a mixed modality service, and able to promote and demonstrate OTR’s values and beliefs through their work to help further develop the team and service.
Applicants must hold a recognised psychotherapy qualification and have significant experience working as a Therapist with young people, and experience of working as a Therapist Supervisor.
