Brand & Talent Partnerships Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Brand & Talent Partnerships Assistant to join our team at our industry‑leading talent management company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across branded content, comedy and entertainment, ideally gained within talent management, a brand or advertising agency.

Working as part of our Brand Partnerships team and closely alongside our agents, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial partnerships between talent and brands.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative and detail‑oriented, with excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and the confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Experience working with talent, brands and advertising agencies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and managing relationships with Talent
  • Building and managing Brand relationships
  • Negotiating talent fees, campaign deliverables, and usage rights
  • Responding to briefs in a timely manner
  • Managing campaigns from brief through to delivery
  • Supporting talent with positioning, growth, and commercial strategy
  • Database management
  • Working with internal teams across talent and content
  • Regularly attending shows and key events with talent
  • Work collaboratively and assist other departments within the business when required

  • Comedy/Entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the comedy, entertainment & digital landscape
  • Proven ability to secure and manage brand deals
