As a Finisher in our offsite modular bathroom production team, you will be responsible for the final detailing of prefabricated bathroom and shower units. Your role will ensure that each unit meets our company’s high standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply silicone sealant neatly and accurately around showers, sinks, toilets, tiles, and other bathroom fixtures.
Use appropriate tools and techniques to create clean, professional finishes.
Perform final cleaning of bathroom units, including glass, ceramics, plastics, tiles, and stainless steel.
Remove protective films, glue residues, dust, and watermarks.
Inspect units for defects, scratches, or installation issues and report any problems.
Touch up minor cosmetic imperfections.
Ensure all units meet cleanliness and presentation standards before packaging.
Handle cleaning agents, sealants, and PPE safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Cooperate with assembly and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proven experience in silicone application or finishing work (preferably in bathroom or kitchen installations).
High attention to detail and pride in delivering a flawless final product.
Ability to work with hands steadily and with precision.
Familiarity with cleaning products and materials used in construction finishing.
Physically able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
