- Candidate Profile
- As a
Reservations Agent you will provide an exceptional guest service experience dealing with requests and queries in a professional and efficient manner.
You will be responsible for taking and managing reservations via email, telephone and other method of communication for rooms, Michelin starred restaurant Celeste, The Library Bar, The Garden Room and The Withdrawing Room.
You will be an excellent communicator, with an eye for details, and take a hands‑on approach to your role.
You will be a great team player with a real passion for exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
- Key Requirements
- The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous experience within Front Office or Reservations in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Show drive for Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential
- Be available, flexible and willing to work on weekends
- Knowledge of Opera and Bookatable systems would be preferred
