• As a

Spa Therapist , you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments, delivered to Lanesborough standard whilst offering each and every guest a personalised, bespoke experience at The Lanesborough Club and Spa.

Ila and La Prairie are our luxurious, high-end products; you will be trained on these brands from the various treatments to retail opportunities to maximise revenue.

• Key Requirements
• The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Show drive for Excellent Customer Service leading by example
• Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
• Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
