We are looking for a Field Service Engineer within the UK who will travel to our customer sites to install, maintain and repair our coating equipment machinery. Travel to Ireland will feature as part of this role.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct Field Service Activities
- Install OM products
- Issue customer-layouts
- Carry out Equipment and operator training
- Complete system and component repairs
- Prepare and manage service projects
- Prepare technical training
Technical Support
- Provide support to our customers via phone
- Offer internal customer support related to technical issues
- Inform our customers with regard to security issues in writing in the service reports (porosity hoses, gas leak detector function etc.)
Miscellaneous
- Support with the training of new service technicians
- Carry out repairs of system-components internally
- Take responsibility for the shipped spare parts during a service intervention
Your Profile
- Ability to carry out Electro-technical training
- Knowledge of PLC technology
- Understanding of pneumatics
- Knowledge of mechanics
- Familiarity with robotics
- Expert knowledge of processes and capabilities
- Technological problem-solver
- Ability to operate at all levels, internally and externally
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities and stay away from home
- Willingness to travel to Ireland
