OEG is hiring a Project Coordinator Team Lead to join their team in Grimsby, United Kingdom. This role is also open to remote/hybrid applications. The role involves ensuring offshore wind projects are staffed with the right people, at the right time, with the right capabilities across all project phases.

Through our specialist divisions - topside, marine, subsea, logistics and industrials, we are a pivotal link in the global offshore energy project chain, ensuring our customers’ projects are delivered safely, reliably and efficiently.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed manpower plans aligned with project schedules and operational needs.
- Identify skill gaps and propose solutions through targeted recruitment, training, or subcontracting.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and external labour suppliers to secure qualified offshore personnel (e.g. technicians, supervisors, Site Managers).
- Ensure all personnel meet required certification, medical, and offshore training standards (GWO, STCW, HUET).
- Maintain a strong network of offshore professionals to support rapid mobilisation.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific induction, safety, and competency requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments, rotations, availability, and utilisation.
- Monitor performance and gather feedback from site supervisors to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimise resource allocation to reduce downtime, avoid overstaffing, and ensure cost-efficient project delivery.
- Ensure all workforce activities comply with industry regulations, labour laws, and client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits, client reporting, and certification checks.
- Support HSE teams in promoting a strong safety culture across all offshore operations.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and workforce planning.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on staffing status, risks, and mitigation plans.
QHSE responsibilities:
- To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
- Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.
- Promoting a proactive health and safety culture focused on the prevention of work-related injury or ill health and continual improvement in our processes/performance.
- Environmental sustainability and energy efficiency whilst minimising our environmental impacts and preventing pollution.
- A quality culture that brings values to our business, our customers and other interested parties ensuring quality issues and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented.
Skills and experiences:
- Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations coordination, ideally within offshore wind, oil and gas, or marine industries.
- Strong understanding of offshore certifications, training standards, and mobilisation requirements.
- Commercially minded with a strong client focus.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable and able to perform under pressure in dynamic project environments.
- Excellent IT skills, with experience using resource management software is highly desirable.
