Core Purpose

To support the Group Marketing team with general administration support.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • To provide ongoing administration support to support the busy Group Marketing department.
  • Create purchase orders and manage the approval process between the supplier and the finance team.
  • To create new content for our company intranet and upload new stories.
  • To support the Events Lead with the planning of events and exhibitions.
  • Manage orders for PPE, stationery and corporate clothing.
  • Manage the ordering of merchandise and gifts.
  • Order business cards for the team as required.
  • Organise with the planning of photo shoots and onsite meetings.
  • Organise team travel and accommodation as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative suite is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
