OEG Energy Group in Portsmouth (Hybrid) is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to support sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for offshore personnel. You will coordinate crewing activities, maintain records, and support proactive sourcing initiatives, working closely with the Personnel Team, Project Managers and the Senior Crewing Lead.
