We are looking for an Opito stage 3/4 Rigger to be responsible for lifting on project. We are keen to hear from individuals who hold GWO Enhanced First Aid and can be available on 10/6/2026 for 4 weeks. Travel and accommodation provided.

Qualification and Experience:

  • OGUK / OEUK Medical
  • GWO Enhanced First Aid
  • GWO Fire Awareness
  • GWO WAH
  • GWO Manual Handling
  • GWO Sea Survival
  • Relevant technical qualifications (Opito 3/4, NVQ)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out supervision of lifts on the project.
  • Ensuring lifting gear is up to the specified standard.
  • To always work in a safe and professional manner.
  • Follow Risk Assessment and Method statements.
  • Follow Clients HSE protocols.
  • To always represent OEG Marine Ltd in a professional manner.
  • To support the shore-based Manager whenever possible.
  • Organizing tools and other materials to carry out day to day tasks.
  • Assisting with the mobilization and de-mobilization of offshore generators.
  • Submitting observation cards when necessary (positive and negative).
  • Monitor and renew any training certificates critical to your role.
  • Attend any Toolbox talks given by OEG Marine Ltd or client’s.
  • Assisting with generator maintenance and fuelling works.
