As we continue a busy and exciting 2026, we are looking to speak with experienced Marine Coordinators to support offshore wind farm construction projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced offshore construction environment, coordinating critical marine operations and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of personnel, vessels, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimise daily marine operations, including vessel movements and personnel transfers to WTGs.
  • Manage personnel tracking, manifests, turbine defect tracking, adverse event reporting, and daily operational reviews using marine operations software.
  • Work closely with Site Managers and vessel teams to prioritise project activities based on operational requirements, weather conditions, and project milestones.
  • Act as the key interface with Employer Marine Coordination for marine permits to work (PTW), SIMOPS, vessel communications, and offshore coordination activities.
  • Support emergency response planning (ERP) and offshore safety coordination between vessels, shore-based teams, paramedics, and accommodation vessels.
  • Coordinate vessel port calls, crew changes, and cargo/material transfers alongside onshore marine coordinators.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports covering vessel utilisation, workability, operational performance, and marine KPIs.
  • Monitor and report on transfers, fuel consumption, safety performance, lessons learned, and opportunities to optimise marine operations.
  • Conduct vessel inspections, audits, and operational reviews in line with project monitoring plans.
  • Coordinate vessel onboarding activities, inductions, operational meetings, safety alerts, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Support offshore personnel inductions and transfer training alongside EHS teams.
  • Ensure smooth operational transition from construction through to Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
  • Monitor adverse events and coordinate responses using information provided by vessel masters, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Support administration and tracking of offshore personnel movements.
  • Manage relationships with vessel suppliers and owners, including progress meetings, deliverables, invoicing, variation orders, quality, safety, and performance monitoring.

Essential Experience & Certification

  • Maritime background within the offshore industry.
  • Previous experience working as a Marine Coordinator on at least one offshore project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international project teams.
  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Valid OGUK/OEUK Medical
  • Valid Chester Step Test
  • Valid GWO Certifications:

    • First Aid
    • Fire Awareness
    • Manual Handling
    • Sea Survival
