Location: Grimsby
Core Purpose: To support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Division's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. To provide administrative and operational support through the coordination of QHSE reporting, data analysis, document control activities, and management system administration to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable legislation.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Generate QHSE and sustainability statistical reports
- Maintain the QHSE dashboards
- Manage the internal audit plan and ensure the division is up to date
- Form part of the internal audit team
- Provide general QHSE support to the division on all QHSE matters, as directed by the QHSE Manager
- Administer and maintain the division’s document control system
- Control the issue, revision and distribution of the division’s controlled documents
- Provide final approval and upload divisional documents to the shared document library
- Maintain the division’s document registers
QHSE Responsibilities:
- To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
- Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.
- Promoting a proactive health and safety culture focussed on the prevention of work-related injury or ill health and continual improvement in our processes / performance.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and professional approach
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a QHSE administration role with similar responsibilities
Qualifications:
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 awareness training (requirements, implementation and auditing) – can be provided for the right candidate
- Document Controller qualification – can be provided for the right candidate
- Internal Audit training – can be provided for the right candidate
- Full UK driving licence
